Trolls and Blisters

His legs were burning, his lungs felt like they were going to burst. He had been running for hours, since his mount had collapsed exhausted and thrown him from the saddle. He could hear the pounding of hooves behind him. He felt the hot breath of the massive animal behind him until at last he felt the mace like fist collide with his skull and send him reeling into the ground.

His vision blurred and body weak he managed to prop himself up by a nearby rock. Fear gripped him. In front of him stood a massive steed bathed in Golden light and a giant of a man dismounted.

The rider was dressed in slate grey plate that pulsed with an ice cold blue hue. He pulled the huge two handed hammer from his back let it fall to the ground, its exceptional weight shaking the ground. Then it spoke to him in a voice as deep as the thunder gods themselves. "You are a fool to run xenos," it said "now your death will not be so merciful."

Jaykob spoke, "Ma tell yot whayu whan about ya bredda Oly Muan". Fear evident on his voice. "Wha ya not leave ma be? Wha ya wanna dark up Jaykob"?

The rider removed his helm and stared at the troll before him. "Your kinds are a stain to the worlds in which you live. You are like a cancer spreading across the globe. While I live and breathe I will destroy every last one of you".

Jaykob sobbed "But ma tells ya about ya yout. Ma tell ya bout ya bredda".

Light surrounded Jaykob and he could see his skin glowing. His blood felt like lava and his skin started to blister and as the heat intensified his screams could be heard for miles around.

Azeem felt nothing as he watched the troll burn in front of him. Watching the skin and muscle burn from the bones of this foul thing in holy light.

"I will track down the demons and xenos you consorted with troll. You all have your uses, but you will all burn the same way".

Pulling an apple from his packs and feeding it to Nyota his faithful steed he thought that maybe it was time to speak to the Sage on these matters as he needed the resources of the whole shadownbane.
