Well this is very fast drawn. I ripped some pictures from the web. Let me know if it’s what you had in mind Aspharr. I can almost rip everything back to vectors if you like different swords or something.

Great work!
And I would like to offer an alternative idea here.
Firstly the two swords lying in a perpendicular state emphasis the union of arms which would suit more like a fighter union.
In my opinion a single weapon should be used and in the middle and one that could imply nobility, loyalty, and obedience to duty/higher good.
I think a two handed sword, a claymore of some sort or a two handed hammer and a bastard sword would be the most suitable candidates for such a symbol.
And some blue, near to the tone of navy blue would make a good combination. White emphasises purity, yellow glory and majesty whereas blue emphasises loyalty, safety/protection (they can be used to emphasise other/sometimes negative images too but we use them for our example here). An elegant combination of three would make a outstanding harmony, in my opinion that is.
The sword used in the second example has an obtuse end of the blade, I think it looks more like seaman's blade or some of the middle eastern origin. I believe we need a weapon that resembles to european origin, preferably northern.
